• Orders received by 10 am EST August 5 will be shipped that day.
• Shipping is available throughout the US via Media Mail or Priority Mail.
• If you live outside the US, and I'll let you know what the shipping costs will be.

• Pay via PayPal, or email me for an address to send a check or money order to.
• When paying by Paypal: Please indicate if you want the book personalized by noting it in the comments section of the Paypal transaction. If you don't list a name, then I'll have to sign it generically – which is fine, if that's what you want!
