My book cover!May 26, 2006
I just love it! It’s so different, yet it screams vampire, and intrigue, and even has a hint of the historical to it with that unlaced corset. I think the art director at NAL is brilliant and I told my editor to say so! And I love the branding, and the really big quote at the top! What a way to start a weekend! Colleen!!! It’s stunning! Even the color choices and the band at the bottom…lovely. And even better, it communicates the key elements of your story beautifully. You can’t ask a cover to do more than that! I predict it will leap off the shelves.

Thank you, thank you! NAL’s covers are always fabulous, but I think this one is so very different, that it’s a stand-out.

Joining in to say I agree! This is really a compelling cover. People are going to pick it up to look at it more closely. Exactly what you want cover art to do.
I’m thinking you need to frame this and start a book cover gallery in your office!
