…so not fun!
But I'm baaaack. Had a little problem with my DSL modem for the last 24 hours, but it's fixed now, thanks to a lovely AT&T tech gal who came out and fixed me up.
And, oh, just watched a classic FRIENDS episode this morning on while on the elliptical (see, Carl, I'm still working on the other RIP challenge)–"The One With the Videotape."
It's the one where Rachel's just told Ross she's pg with his baby, and they get to arguing about who came on to whom….and it turned out he had accidentally videotaped the whole encounter. It's the one with the "European story" and the way the whole plot comes together is just perfect. It's really perfect.
It's one of the best episodes–it's tight, but you don't realize it until the end; the lines are fabulous, and David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston really show off their talent, especially at the end when they're watching the whole tape.
Laughed my butt off and almost took a spill off the ol' elliptical.
So what's your fave FRIENDS episode?

The second installment of the Gardella Vampire Chronicles takes Victoria to Venice and Rome.

Welcome back to the world, Colleen!
I LOVE that epi of FRIENDS! So hilarious. “This one time, while I was backpacking through Europe…”
So funny!
I have two episodes of FRIENDS that are my favorite.
The first is The One Where No One is Ready. You remember that one, it’s the one where Joey and Chandler are fighting about a chair? And Joey goes “Commando”?
Also, I love the episode where Phoebe dates the guy who doesn’t wear underwear. The reaction of the boys is priceless. “Hey, fella, this is a family place, put the mouse back in the house.” Hilarious!

The one where Joey is afraid of turkeys and Monica puts one on her head and freaks him out.

I love Friends. It’s hard to pick a favorite one, but I’m a particular fan of Schwimmer’s physical-comedy abilities, and the one where he gets stuck in the leather pants and smacks himself in the forehead… It’s just so beautifully done. I also love the flashback episodes where Monica is fat and Rachel has a big nose. All of them play such great junior versions of themselves.
I could go on and on.

Glad the internet’s back up. And since you laughed your butt off you can get rid of the elliptical!

I love friends…too many good ones but the one that always makes me cry is the one where Rachel finds out she’s pregnant and the girls are in the bathroom @ Monica’s wedding reception.
The one where Rachel and Joey are trying to be friends again and Rachel tells him her boss wants to buy her baby! That’s great!

My favorite Friends episodes were always the ones with Joey on Days of our Lives. At the time I lived and breathed Days, so the inside jokes were so awesome.

David Schwimmer did a movie with the guy from Shawn of the Dead recently and I rented it…and was very pleasantly surprised! It’s easy to forget about him.
I always loved whenever they showed/talked about Joey on Days of Our Lives (DoOL as Joey always called it). But my all time favorite is probably the episode where the Boys win the Apartment from the Girls in during their personal trivia contest. Hilarious!

I loved Friends. I love the Tom Selleck episodes. Another video tape episode is when Rachel finds out Ross was going to take her to prom. LOVE Chandler’s line, when Monica said she looks heavy because the camera adds ten pounds - “How many cameras are ON you?”

I’ve got so many favorite Friends episodes (I admit, I still Tivo it). “The One Where Ross Finds Out” ~ has to probably be everyone’s favorite who was rooting for Ross and Rachel; also, the Thanksgiving episode with the flashbacks was great; and also the one with the Prom flashbacks.

I love Friends. One episode that stands out with me is an early episode, might be first season. The guys all play poker and the girls want in. No one wants Monica to play because she is such a bad loser - the Pictionary story. But Monica does not see herself as a bad loser. I believe Phoebe’s line is ” Monica, it’s the kettle, you’re black!”
The other favorite has to be the Thanksgiving episode where Monica’s parents find out that Monica is dating Chandler. The one where Ross has to admit he blamed his pot smoking on Chandler in college! And Rachel mixes the dessert recipe with Shepard’s Pie. Great stuff!
