Notre Dame tumbled big time at The Big House today (38-0), and although I feel badly for ND QB Clausen, I'm delighted for my beloved Wolverines. And for Mike Hart, who's surpassed Charles Wheatley's record for rushing. Congrats also to Mallett for doing a good job on his inaugural start.

I also just want to tell Sparky Duck I'm sorry he won't have a reason to harass me this week. Mwah!

The second installment of the Gardella Vampire Chronicles takes Victoria to Venice and Rome.

Hey, did you hear Russel Crowe came to the game to support and cheer up good friend Lloyd Carr? He gave the team pre-and post game speeches. I think that’s pretty sweet of him.

It was a great Saturday! (GO BLUE) Glad to see that their back on track. I look forward to college football every year and was very disappointed at the start but Mike Hart made a guaranteed win and backed it up. 187 rushing yards and 35 carries. Congrats to Mallett on his first win and glad to see that a freshmen enjoyed himself so much. Keep it up Michigan for Penn State next week.

Amen. (Lousy start, but hey, not every season can be perfect. Maybe if they win enough they’ll get off the list of games scores in our local paper and actually merit an article. It sucks being a UofM fan in Kansas.)

If you think just being a michigan FAN is rough right now…try being a STUDENT. Two weeks of a campus full of Emo Kids is not fun. Thank god we won. If this was another college in Michigan I’m sure there would be quite a few couches on fire and police cars turned over.

well lets see Michigans record is 1-2 with a loss to a 1-AA team and Oregon is 3-0, all over 1-A. Hows that?
