A new study has found that shopping in a bad mood makes you spend more.
Uh, of course it does. Haven't they ever heard of "retail therapy"?
Who pays for studies like this anyway????

Our government, most likely. With money that could be used for any number of worthwhile causes!

I’m with Carl. If there’s a way to waste money, the government will find it.

It’s what scientists do when they’re in a bad mood…new useless study therapy.

I have a theory - the media is behind the study. Just look at all the bad, depressing, you-need-this-but-will-never-get-it stuff they throw at us. They are trying to keep us depressed so we will spend more. Wait a minute - I see a hole in my theory - How does the media benefit?

Hey, Colleen! So my nephew was born hearty & healthy. What a doll.
Got to be there for the whole thing, which was awesome!
Things are finally quieting down in my neck of the woods…I hope. *sigh* Sometimes life just gets too nuts, you know???
I don’t know if you or your readers would be interested, but I’ve got a contest going on my “writing” blog. It’s a hot guy and $15 to amazon, so I’m thinking it can’t be ALL bad. LOL!

Hope you’re doing well. I’m still chuckling over your April Fool’s Joke. I told a friend of mine about it & she thought that it was great!
