On the road…again.

Sittin’ in the railway station, waitin’ for my delayed Amtrak to Chicago. Very much looking forward to seeing those of you who are coming out tonight to the Borders in Oak Brook!

I’ll be in the coffee shop, unobtrusively sipping a green tea latte, wearing my vis bulla shirt. Come find me!

I know I’ve been a slacker–bad blogger, no picture of Mr. Frodo (our preciousssssssss), and way behind on emails and Twitters–but I’m working like a fiend on my new project. Writing my fingers to the bone and really enjoying it. I still can’t give any details–mainly cuz there aren’t any yet–but soon, my pretties.

Things take a looooong time in the publishing biz, dontcha know.

Anyway, so my apologies for being a bad blogger. Trust me, when I do post the pics of Mr. Frodo puppy, it will have been worth the wait!

So I’m on my way to Chicago, will be in Terre Haute tomorrow (Sat) and will be seeing a bunch of you on Sunday in Brentwood Mo! Yay!

And then on Tuesday….over to Mac’s Backs in Cleveland. Hope to see some of you there, supporting the little independent bookstore who’s hosting my signing.

And then on Thursday, back to Warren, MI, to the Paperback Outlet–who always gives me the greatest signings. Love the ladies there!

So what’s on the agenda for this weekend? Summer’s winding down! Only a little more time to have fun.

Anyone going to see Tropic Thunder? I’m considering it…if only to see Tom Cruise in a fat suit.

Have a great signing!! :) I plan to study the whole weekend: I already went to the sea early in the week, and now I have to start working seriously on the next exam. The fact that it’s been raining since this morning helps though ;)
Btw, Colleen, I got my sister hooked up on your books!! Heh: she’s away and phoned me begging me to keep Rises the Night at the ready for when she’ll get back :D

Hope the rest of your trip is smooth and just as fun.
