Quickie.August 19, 2008
I’m behind on emails and so on, but know that I’m reading them and will respond. In the mean time, if you’re in the area, I’m at Mac’s Backs in Cleveland tonight from 5-7,and at Paperback Outlet in Warren, MI, on Thurs 4:30-6ish I think. Here are some puppy pictures…me and Mr. Frodo!

OMG, he’s absolutely adorable!!!
If I didn’t already have a murderous ninja cats horde, I might consider getting a puppy…but they go in killing mode just smelling a dog on me. *eyeroll*

Mr. Frodo is soooooo cute! I hope he’s not as B.A.D. as my Queen B Pug, because you’ll forgive him anything with a face like that. I should know.

PUPPYYYYYYYY! Look at those floppy ears and that cute face! How adorable is Mr. Frodo? Too much. I agree with previous poster that he will get away with much with that cute mug of his.

aww, what a cutie is Mr Frodo.
I love that little peek of tongue in the last pic, heheh.
I was watching the Olympics tonight when I saw a name I recognized in men’s gynmnastics–Jonathan Horton. at first I couldn’t remember where I knew his name, then I thought aaaah, the dude in Colleen Gleason’s blog. (hey, at least we’re reading! *grin*)
wish I could’ve gotten to Cleveland for the book signing. alas.

Hey, Colleen -
I am completely not surprised that Frodo has potty training down already. GSD’s are the smartest dogs in the canine world, bar none.
What do you mean I’m only saying that because I have one? Go on with ya!
So, I trust you’re working with him on basic obedience? It’s the best thing you can do, for both you and the dog, if you’re not a veteran on dog handling. Because, along with being the smartest, they are also the most strong-willed and stubborn dogs out there.
Riley is my third and I’ve gone through puppy trials with all three, so if you need a question answered, drop me a line.
